Welcome to our About Us page. Get to know kurnia898 — who we are, what we believe in, and why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players trust us as their first choice for online entertainment and betting. Our journey began with a simple vision: to deliver a gaming experience that is safe, fair, enjoyable, and truly built for local players.
Kurnia898 is an online entertainment and betting platform built specifically for Malaysian players. We are not just another casino site on the internet — we are a product born from a deep understanding of local players' needs, preferences, and way of life. From the way we design a mobile-friendly user interface, to the payment methods we offer — ones that Malaysians genuinely use every day — every decision at kurnia898 begins and ends with one question: is this the best it can be for our members in Malaysia?
Since its founding in 2019, kurnia898 has grown from a small platform into one of the most sought-after online entertainment destinations in Malaysia. This didn't happen by chance — it is the result of hard work by a team that genuinely loves this industry and, even more so, cares deeply about the players who trust us. We started with a few hundred games and a few thousand members, and today we are proud to offer over 1,000 game options and a community of more than half a million active members from Perlis to Sabah, from Kelantan to Johor.
What sets kurnia898 apart from other platforms? The answer lies in our unwavering focus on three things: player security, game fairness, and ease of use. We understand that many Malaysian players have had frustrating experiences elsewhere — slow deposits, difficult withdrawals, unresponsive customer support, or worse, platforms that vanished overnight along with their money. kurnia898 exists as a trustworthy alternative — with transparent transaction records, internationally certified security systems, and a firm commitment to paying out every ringgit of legitimate winnings.
Today, kurnia898 delivers a comprehensive entertainment experience that includes a Live Casino with Malay-speaking dealers, Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, IPL cricket, and the T20 World Cup, Table Games with the highest RTP, Lottery, Blackjack, Virtual Sports, and a VIP Rewards program that recognises every loyal member. Everything is accessible directly through your mobile or desktop browser — no app download required.
Six compelling reasons that set us apart from other platforms
All kurnia898 member transactions and personal data are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. We never sell or share member information with third parties, and every gaming session you have is completely private.
We fully support Malaysia's payment ecosystem — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Everything in RM, no currency conversion, no hidden fees. Deposits processed in minutes, withdrawals in hours.
Every game on kurnia898 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by independent third-party testing bodies. This means every outcome is completely random — no manipulation, and no unfair advantage to the casino beyond the openly stated house edge.
The kurnia898 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is fully fluent in Malay. Whether you have questions about deposits, technical issues during gameplay, or simply want to understand bonus terms — we're here via live chat and email, with minimal wait times.
Over 70% of kurnia898 members play on their mobile phones — and we design every interface with mobile experience as the priority. No app download needed, a 4G connection is all it takes, and every game runs smoothly on both Android and iOS without any lag.
The kurnia898 VIP Rewards Program is built to recognise every player — not just the big spenders. Every wager earns VIP points that accumulate automatically, redeemable for cash credits, access to exclusive tables, instant withdrawals, and weekly rebates.
Every major platform starts from a small idea — and kurnia898 is no different. Here we share the defining milestones of our journey from a modest project to one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online entertainment industry.
Behind every decision we make at kurnia898 — from our choice of game providers to the payment methods we support — there is a set of values we have never compromised on.
All RTP rates, bonus terms, and withdrawal policies are stated clearly and are easy to access. We don't hide important information behind fine print. What you see is what you get.
Every feature, every update, and every business decision at kurnia898 starts with one question: does this make things better for our players? We take member feedback seriously and are constantly refining the experience based on what players tell us.
Kurnia898 is fully committed to responsible gambling. We provide betting limits, deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and direct access to professional support resources, all built into the platform. This platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above.
The online entertainment industry moves fast. The kurnia898 tech team stays on top of the latest developments and integrates improvements that deliver real value to Malaysian users — rather than simply chasing global trends that may have little relevance to the local market.
We are proud of kurnia898's diverse member community — spanning different ethnicities, backgrounds, and corners of Malaysia. Our Bahasa Melayu service reflects our genuine commitment to a true Malaysian identity.
If you've played on other online casino platforms before, you've probably run into the same frustrations — slow customer support, withdrawals that drag on for days, or systems that clearly weren't built with Malaysian players in mind. We know that feeling firsthand, because the founding team at kurnia898 lived it. And it was that frustration that drove us to build something better.
One of the most important early decisions in kurnia898's history was to prioritise local payment methods from day one. We understood that Malaysian players use Touch 'n Go eWallet daily — for their morning coffee, toll payments, and shopping — so it made perfect sense for deposits into a kurnia898 account to work the same way. The decision seems straightforward, but it set us clearly apart from foreign platforms that still require Malaysian players to go through complicated and costly processes just to top up their balance.
When it comes to games, kurnia898 takes a different approach from most platforms. Rather than uploading as many titles as possible and leaving players to navigate an overwhelming sea of options, we carefully curate and categorise our game library, provide Malay-language guides for every major category, and ensure only games from independently certified providers are available on the platform. So when you pick a game on kurnia898, you can be confident it is fair, secure, and delivering the stated RTP.
The kurnia898 team comprises over 200 individuals working across technology, customer service, security, compliance, and marketing. Many of our team members are Malaysians who have a deep understanding of local culture — and that shows in the way we communicate with members, the way we plan promotions around local festivities, and the content we curate for our diverse community.
As part of our social responsibility commitment, kurnia898 fully recognises that our platform must be used wisely. We don't treat responsible gaming as a formality — we actively build responsible gaming tools into the core of our platform, offer player-controlled betting limits, and work alongside problem gambling support organisations in Malaysia. We believe that happy, healthy players are players who will stay with us for the long haul — and that only happens when they play within their means.
Looking ahead, kurnia898 will continue to grow — but that growth will always be guided by the same values: put Malaysian players first, maintain transparency, and never compromise on safety for the sake of rapid expansion. We are grateful to every one of our half a million members who have placed their trust in us, and we pledge to keep earning it.

Real experiences from kurnia898 members across Malaysia
"I've tried a few other platforms before — but what really kept me at kurnia898 is the withdrawal speed. Win at night, money's in my account by morning. No issues at all in 3 years of playing here. Customer support is also quick to respond, in our own language."
"What I appreciate most about kurnia898 is that they truly understand Malaysian players. Touch 'n Go deposits go through instantly, games are available in Bahasa Melayu, and the Live Casino dealers can speak Malay too. It feels like this platform was made for us, not just copied and pasted from overseas."
"I bet on IPL cricket at kurnia898 every season and the odds are genuinely competitive. The best part is the in-play feature — you can adjust your bets while the match is live. I once switched my strategy mid-game and walked away with RM 6,400 in one go. I haven't found another platform with in-play this smooth."
